Isaiah 61: 1-4 New International Version (NIV)
The Year of the Lord’s Favor
The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me,
because the Lord has anointed me
to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim freedom for the captives
and release from darkness for the prisoners,
2 to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor
and the day of vengeance of our God,
to comfort all who mourn,
3 and provide for those who grieve in Zion—
to bestow on them a crown of beauty
instead of ashes,
the oil of joy
instead of mourning,
and a garment of praise
instead of a spirit of despair.
They will be called oaks of righteousness,
a planting of the Lord
for the display of his splendor.
The advancement of the Christian faith and GRACE in accordance with the doctrines adopted and approved by the evangelical alliance and the worship and enjoyment of God with practical obedience to his commandments through His Grace and in particular to preach that Jesus Christ is the RISEN LORD and Saviour of the world and to bring the Good News of Jesus Christ to ALL people and people in special need hardship or distress and through His Grace and the power and guidance of the Holy Spirt to bring them to a fulfilling and productive life. To provide care which abides in HOLY BIBLE for the poor and needy in particular but not exclusively by aiding and assisting persons suffering from substance addictions and compulsive behavioural problems. To encourage train and provide financial and practical assistance to effectively help and counsel those in special need hardship or distress and loneliness. To provide education and to promote the dissemination of information about drug and alcohol addiction and personality disorders mental illness criminality and any other matters the organisation thinks appropriate in order to make people aware of the dangers of a lifestyle which could lead to substance addiction or compulsive behavioural problems and to improve the care and treatment of people in need and to assist their recovery from any illness either physical or mental and to advance education in the value of leading ones life in accordance with the HOLY BIBLE.
